General information
Information on tickets and passes:
- The passes are issued to the name of the holder and are not transferable.
- Upon purchase of tickets and passes, the purchaser undertakes to comply with the general terms and conditions and house rules of SUHANJ! Fitness.
- The ten-entries tickets are valid for 8 weeks from purchase.
- The tickets and passes are valid for any group class in the public timetable of the SUHANJ! Fitness.
- The entry of an accompanying person who does not use any of the gym’s services is free of charge.
- Guests with passes can cancel their booking for a group class up to 6 hours before the class (online/on phone/personally/in text message). If two no-shows occur in the period of 30 days without cancellation in time, the possibility to pre-book the participation in a class is restricted for 30 days.
- The supplementary tickets are valid only with an entry ticket or pass and can be used to participate in a second group class on a day.
- The one-month supplementary ticket is valid only with a one-month, six-months or one-year pass. By purchasing both, the guest can participate in two group classes per day.
Definitions
Child:
Person under 14 years.
Student:
Person under the age of 25, full-time student in possession of a valid student pass.
Pensioner:
Person over the age of 65, in possession of a valid retirement-card.
Person with disability:
- Person, possessing one of the following certificates:
- Hungarian State Treasury certificate of chronic illness;
- Certificate issued by the National Federation of Disabled Persons’ Associations;
- Certificate issued by the Hungarian Association for Persons with Intellectual Disability;
- Certificate issued by the National Association of Deaf and Hearing Impaired;
- Certificate issued by the National Hungarian Association of Blind and Visually Impaired.
SUHANJ!:
- Person who regularly supported SUHANJ! Foundation with volunteer work within the course of one year preceding the year of purchase, and has a volunteer contract with the Foundation and complies with the requirements set forth in the contract.
- A fundraising athlete (‘Suhangyal’), who successfully completed a fundraising target for SUHANJ! Foundation in the previous year of the year the purchase and is participating in a fundraising for SUHANJ! Foundation in the year of the purchase as well.
Suhanc:
Handicapped person, who concluded a contract with SUHANJ! Foundation and complies with the requirements set forth in the contract.
Relative:
Person who has certifiable family relation with the person with disability or lives in the same household as them.
